Trish Banack-Principal/Founder
Trish is an environmentalist to the core, and the grand daughter of one of the largest land owners in Alberta, Canada. She has a natural ability for assigning funds where they are needed most to grow the company. Trish signs off on all major decisions.
Along with her sister Tasha, Trish manages relationships and exercises influence for the team and all business associates and advisors. As founder, Trish is a key member of our leadership team, and handles client and business relationships. She is responsible for developing the mission and strategic vision of King SSS Inc.
Clayton Sample-CEO
Clayton's primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, co- managing the overall operations and assets of the company, functions as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations, and is the public face of the company.
Clayton deals with the high-level strategic decisions and those that direct the company's overall growth. He is a hands-on Officer of the company and involved with day-to-day functions.
He is a certified mechanic and started recycling scrap vehicles into restored vehicles with his family, when he was just a boy. His father is a brilliant lawyer, and has had an influence on him providing an analytical mind, imperative to keeping the King SSS team on track. Clayton’s years of experience in the entertainment industry as a guitar player also made him a prominent figure in
the public eye for years.
Tasha Banack-CTO
Tasha is in charge of innovation, technological needs, research and development (R&D), and examines the short- and long-term needs of King SSS to reach its objectives. Her ability to solve problems is unmatched and efficient. She reports directly to Trish and Clayton and is responsible for the oversight of intellectual property.
Her role is to create strategic planning and lead the technology engineering department. Tasha provides strategies to increase revenue and performs a cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment analysis for prototypes and products. As well she develops policies and procedures for the corporation. She is also a successful fashion model and healthcare practitioner.
Dan McDonald-COO
Dan oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of King SSS with Clayton, and is equal in the chain of command with the CEO. He mainly focuses on executing the company’s business plan, according to the established business model, while Clayton is more concerned with long-term goals and the broader company outlook. Dan carries out the CEO's mandate by instructing the other departments. He initiates the roll-out of new product lines, and along with Tasha, is also responsible for production, research and development, and marketing. Dan handles the company's internal affairs, while Clayton functions as the public face of the company which complements his skill sets.
Dan is a true entrepreneur and has had a successful career in Real Estate sales. Most recently he has built and also maintains a multi-million dollar retail company that sells new innovative technology that helps people quit smoking cigarettes. Carrying on in new-tech, he has invested in, and advised other companies that have cutting edge technologies for industry.
