Everyday, about 41,000,000 trees are harvested by people around the world, and there is a growing amount of unwanted waste paper and plastics everywhere. PaperPlasticWood (PPW) can be easily manufactured faster than harvesting trees, and it was invented and developed to help slow down deforestation, and find another use for all this garbage.

PPW is cradle to cradle technology and  hypoallergenic, making it superior to drywall, OSB, MDF, particleboard, and other building products. It floats, and takes twice as long to absorb water compared to wood.

We have designed an automated, Net Zero PPW manufacturing plant to produce any size finished lumber product every 15 seconds. The approximate cost of a complete manufacturing plant is $10M CAD for sub zero climates, and $2M CAD for warmer climates. Raw materials used in the manufacturing process are available for free globally. Our process also produces valuable, safe drinking water, as a by-product.
